Free Kindle Book Giveaway November 15-17

Looking for a good read over the thanksgiving day holiday?. If so pick up Fast Track Your Recovery From A Total Knee Replacement: How to Eliminate Pain and Pain Medicine The Quickest Way Possibleby yours truly.

Ok so I’m  a little biased. It is a great way to get educated prior to your knee replacement surgery. After you fill your tummy with left over turkey and stuffing, grab a glass of wine, head over to the sofa and read away!

While it’s not rocket science, included are those silver pearls of knee replacement wisdom that come from years of exclusive experience with knee replacement surgery recovery that you just can’t find on Ask.com.

I am very proud of the fact that each and every patient who learns this system and applies it make steady industry-beating progress. There are people that fail to follow through but very few. Most people are delighted to be in the bus driver’s seat instead of bouncing around in the back near the lavatory uncertain of how the story ends.

Knee replacement recovery is simple and largely predictable when you know what I know. You can get that knowledge tomorrow for free.

And by all means, remember to tell a “gimpy” friend or two about the sale. They will thank you later…I promise.

Please take the Knee Replacement Recovery Survey  if you have a moment to spare

Michelle Stiles called "the no nonsense" therapist, by her patients, created a company called Cowboy Up Recovery after recognizing the bankruptcy of the present medical model. Too many people regard conventional medical wisdom as gospel, ignoring the subversive influences of Big Pharma and Big Medicine. She believes, Americans in general are being trained from an early age to defer to experts in numerous areas of life and losing the impulses for self-responsibility and self-reliance in the process. Over-diagnosis and over-medicating has become endemic. While thankful for the best miracles of modern medicine, she encourages people of all persuasions to listen to their bodies and seek out answers to maintain not just an absence of disease but optimal health. Her advice is: Cowboy Up, no one cares more about your health than you do.

Just had bilateral total knee replacement, had severe osteoarthritis for many years, but I could not give up my full time job working as an emergency paramedic. Last March I had to give up due to avascular necrosis. I had a right total hip done. I am looking for ideas on how to recover my life. I just read a book review on Amazon and thought I would give your method a try any suggestions?

If you just had surgery you are still in the thick of recovering from the bilateral replacements. The best advice I can give you is to read the book and follow the instructions. In this comment section I can not do justice to the information needed. The book is all about a proven method that if followed yields predictable results. Best wishes and hope that you are well on your way to feeling better and getting your life back.
