Nervous About the Recovery After Your Knee Replacement?

You should be!

Dear Friend,

Current rehab protocols produce wide variations in recovery speed, inconsistent outcomes and frustration with the entire total knee replacement recovery process. I should know. ..

I’ve been working as a home physical therapist for over 20 years,  traveling through 5 states and working directly with hundreds patients whose goals were to have a fast knee replacement recovery .

I saw a lot of things and heard a lot of stories about care that I did not consider exemplary.

It was simple. My patients had five main concerns:

  • How to get through the recovery with the least amount of pain
  • How to avoid addiction to pain medicine
  • How to get back to work or golf in the fastest amount of time
  • How to avoid a bad final outcome
  • How to be confident and trust that it would all work out.

Do these sound familiar? Read on because I am going to show you how to achieve all of  them.[/text_block]

My Biggest Frustration:

Despite Giving Patients Essentially The Same instructions, Wide Variations In Outcomes Would Occur. Many People Would Spin Their Wheels And Take Forever To Progress.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]

Old_age

In those cases, guess who gets the blame? Sure we blame the patient, too lazy, too wimpy-you know the deal. Overall the whole thing kind of bothered me. I started asking questions and seeking answers.  I started spending money of my own to experiment with different tools and systems.

Sometimes you have to trust your gut feelings and try new things.

Look I have to honestly admit that before I finally woke up to the principles that I have been telling you about, I used to crank on my patients knees trying to get the maximum progress with their knee range of motion just like my counterparts still do today.

I also advised my patients to do plenty of things that as I look back probably did not help them. As a result, for a long time I wasn’t a very effective therapist.

I would have liked to tell you that it is all because of my brilliant, astute and scholarly mind that I came up with this system, but in reality the credit belongs with one incredibly progressive orthopedic surgeon, and a whole slew of patients that diligently attempted what looked like a few wacky home made tools.

Very slowly did wisdom start to seep into my brain.

In the end we created a system that kicks a— oops I can’t say that here.[/text_block]

Would You Like Me To Show You a Proven Method That Speeds You Through The Recovery Process The Easiest And Fastest Way Possible?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_style=”normal” font_color=”#212121″ font_shadow=”none” top_padding=”0″ bottom_padding=”0″ top_margin=”0″ bottom_margin=”0″]

You’ll Be So Confident You’ll Be Waving Off Physical Therapy Services

should you have to get your other knee replaced.  No this isn’t a gimmick. Most of my patients learn the system so well the first time that if they have surgery on the other knee, they don’t even really need me.

In fact, once you learn how to stretch properly,  and understand the important principles of recovery, you’ll have the same confidence.

If you read on, I will show you how some of the most commonly held beliefs about recovering from a knee replacement are completely upside down.

Then I will show you how to twist that upside down thinking into a way to make your personal rehab story, a hero story of how great you did and how doable it all was. My former patients became raving fans of the system because they felt empowered and super confident.

Best of all, once you know the secrets, you can help others along the way.[/text_block]

According To Research, 40% of Patients Rated Their Rehab Exercises as Ineffective, And Their Overall Rehab Experience as  Lousy Or Not So Good, And Only 50% Were Really Satisfied With Their Outcome.

And To Make Matters Worse, In 2010, The American Physical Therapy Association, Admitted That …

“The most efficient and cost effective way to achieve the goals of excellent range of motion and the ability to ambulate and self-progress with home exercise remains elusive.”

and

“No available evidence dictates which stretches are best and how often they should be performed.”

Wait A Minute…

Did You Catch That?

What the gurus of rehab are saying is that they don’t really know the best way method for you to recover. Stunning admission, considering that we have been at this now for more than 20 years.

So most people take it for granted that they will be tethered to a PT for 6 weeks struggling in pain and misery.

Here’s the thing~You’ve been conditioned to expect a painful physical therapy experience. You limp home in pain, nursing your wounds; only to get up, do it all over again two days later. And at the end of it all,  if you are lucky, they award you a  “No Pain- No Gain”  T-shirt as a badge of pride.

I Need To Give You One More Bit of Bad News

[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left”]

The Rehab Industry Is Taking Multiple Shots Across the Bow And The Quality of Care Will Continue to Decline.

Personally,  I wish this were not the case. The corporate take over of the rehab industry in the last 10 years and the excessive regulatory burdens of the government agencies controlling payment have combined to make a perfect storm of entanglements for the quality practicing therapist.

The bottom line is….There are way more things hindering good care, than facilitating it, right now and I see the trend accelerating.

That does not bode well for you, the patient. And what makes it even worse is that you are in a horrible position to determine what constitutes poor quality care, having nothing to compare it to.

The good news is that you can now get that information in my book where I share all the exciting principles, tips and techniques that previously only my personal patients had access to.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

You will never have to put yourself in pain, nor will you submit to someone else putting you in pain.

Now don’t get me wrong, you will have to work hard, listen to what works and be diligent. If you are ready … then follow me.[/text_block]

I used “The Track and Flex Bar” as part of my physical therapy and recovery from two knee replacements.  It was easy to operate and could be adjusted to move from warm-up through more challenging workouts, as many times a day as necessary or desired. Because there are no mechanical moving parts and is simple to use, it didn’t interfere with watching television or conversation, which allowed me to exercise more frequently and for longer periods of time.  Most importantly for me, I was able to track my development and I feel my recovery was faster because my therapy included both devices. I highly recommend this equipment because it’s easy to use, easy to store, portable, and it works!

I must admit that I really dreaded using this novel FLEX bar. But after using the device for the first time, I knew it would be the best tool in her arsenal of equipment to assist me in my quest for a quick and successful recovery.  It was such an easy exercise, but yet it placed the desired results right where it belonged. The FLEX bar can be used at your own pace for warm up exercises, but it can also be used to place the desired amount of stress on the knee joint by moving the FLEX bar up closer towards your leg. Bingo, the tightness of the knee joint begins to slowly loosen with very little effort and minimal pain. I can highly recommend this FLEX bar be added as a permanent piece of equipment for use by all physical therapy concerning knees.

Check Out the Seven Benefits That A Small Investment of Time And Money Will Provide …

— SPACER —

  • Benefit 1 – Scientifically Formulated Program Designed to Ensure Maximum Speed of Recovery -Up until this section I haven’t been very specific about the science behind this method. So you might very well conclude that it is based on nothing more than whim. In reality, all the principles used have been proven over and over again in the health and fitness industry. Why we have not applied them in rehab is well…. beyond me.
  • Benefit 2 – Structured Daily System to Keep You Focused -Sometimes having too many options limits your focus and effectiveness. My method keeps you lean and mean and out of the weeds and bushes. It is designed to progress you through three distinct phases and apply the right focus to each phase.
  • Benefit 3 – Extensive Feedback System to Ensure Session-by-Session progress – Using feedback absolutely rocks your recovery. Without the feedback it is very easy to self-deceive. 🙂
  • Benefit 4 – Recording System to Monitor Progress to Keep You Excited – Charting progress helps people stay accountable and stay motivated as they can see themselves making progress.
  • Benefit 5 –FLEX bar ™- State of the Art Tool that Harnesses the Power of Leverage – You will not give up this tool once you get used to it. Many are reluctant or nervous at first but are very quickly converted to fans.
  • Benefit 6 – Knowledge on How to Minimize Pain Throughout the Process To Keep You Happy – I don’ t like pain any more than you do. My book will show you how to get out of the misery of daily pain the fastest way possible.
  • Benefit 7 – Knowledge on How to Avoid Addiction to Pain Medicine To Keep You Sane – Pain addiction is a nasty potential consequence of utilizing narcotic pain medicine. Follow my steps and you will have no worries about that.

Here’s What Your Friends And Neighbors Are Saying…

Jeannette C.

The FLEX bar’s primary advantage is that it gives the user total control of his progress and the means to a faster recovery.  Nothing I know of can be more economical and effective than the ingeniously simple FLEX bar and companion piece, the Fast Track.  I highly recommend it to anyone contemplating knee replacement surgery.

Jeannette C., New York

Ellie N.

My doctor was impressed that I could bend my knee at a 120 degree angle when I went two weeks after surgery to have my staples removed.  I owe that to you for all the therapy and the use of the flex bar.  I call it my great knee exerciser. The gradual progression and ease of use improved my mobility considerably.

Overall your rehab time will be greatly reduced.

You will take less pain medicine and you will achieve benchmarks of progress with your knee recovery that beat the industry standard.[/text_block]

Pearl G.

After testing the limits of my range of motion, she introduced me to her “FLEX bar” and the “Fast Track.”  At first I didn’t believe that such a simple device could help me, but I soon saw its remarkable results.  With it, I was completely able to flex and control the stretch.  My progress was measured and steady.  Each day my confidence grew as my knees continued bending to a degree I didn’t think would ever again be possible.  Most remarkable, my daily sessions involved a minimum of pain.

Tom D.

At the end of two weeks from my surgery date I was ready for outpatient therapy, a good two to three weeks ahead of two lifelong friends who had surgery the same time I did!  My outpatient clinic therapists were surprised at my strength, low pain ratings and that I already had 120 degrees range of motion in my surgical knee.

The “Track and Flex Bar” should be in every Medical Supply Store , every Physical Therapists Office and in every Orthopedic Surgeons Office in the Country.

I came home the following Friday and started my home therapy on Saturday using the Fast Track Total Knee System.  It, apart from the surgery itself, was the best thing that could have happened to my knee.  I immediately began to feel improvement in the tightness in my knee as well as regain range of motion.  It took being willing to work through the “pain”or rather discomfort at first.  Then as I progressed I began to look forward to my “routine” because it actually felt good. Day by day, I could SEE improvement, which was very encouraging in itself.  I dubbed the Flex Bar my “friend.”
